"If I could give a 0 I would. I heard about his agencies a few years from a friend. 1st go round no problems everyone was nice. The reason I left was bc my insurance went up and they couldn’t give me a reason. This past January went back with them bc they were cheapest around. Michelle ran my license and told me I was fine. Month later she called and said I was being dropped for a something that happened 2 years ago and also they didn’t the correct information for the incident. Why you couldn’t see that when you ran my license the first time. I don’t know. The dmv even told me they had the wrong information. I could have saved time and I went somewhere else. I will go back with these ppl. Let alone State Farm."

"Paul Pacanovsky is a first-class insurance agent who has made us regain our trust in State Farm Insurance because he is personally involved with his agency, follows through, and has demonstrated to us that he is a person we can count on and trust. We are an old couple (80 and 75) who have been State Farm Insurance customers for many years. I have been with State Farm continuously since 1972 --- in Florida, in Texas and now in Louisiana. My husband had retained the same local Baton Rouge agent year after year but we learned recently that he had dropped the ball big time --- so much so that we started looking elsewhere for insurance. But why should we not have State Farm? So we interviewed other State Farm agents. Paul Pacanovsky is a winner! We are happy, happy! He has put all of our State Farm insurance back on track, straightened out some serious mistakes, and has somehow refrained from criticizing the other agent, although any professional must find what has happened to us appalling. "I Love State Farm! About five years ago when I was buying my first auto insurance my record was horrible and many insurance companies wouldn't take me while others charged over $1,000 for a quote. I had no hope until I was emailed by State Farm and they decided to take a chance on me with a $300 quote. I've been with them ever since and I don't plan on changing anytime soon."
